Staff Training
Customized training for DSPs, QPs, and other providers.
What
We support those working with individuals with behavioral difficulties by developing customized training materials to strengthen your support skills, including empathy and rapport building, setting boundaries, implementing behavior support plans, Positive Reinforcement Systems, and teaching essential skills.
Training sessions can be for individuals or small groups and may include virtual instruction, written materials, and follow-up support.
When
Individual and group sessions can be scheduled throughout the business week. Special arrangements can be made for evening and weekend training sessions.
Where
Sessions are held virtually or in our office at 2315 South Street, Lafayette, IN.
Follow-up support may be provided virtually or electronically.
